What to Expect

A successful project begins with careful planning.

During preconstruction, we work closely with the design team to align scope and budget, anticipate sequencing and site logistics, and resolve constructability challenges well before construction begins. This phase also establishes the cadence of decisions and communication needed to maintain momentum throughout the project.

During construction, regular Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings keep all parties aligned, provide a forum for informed decision-making, and ensure that open items are addressed before they affect progress in the field. Budgets are tracked kjhjhjkhlkjlkjlkjlkj.

At project completion, Otis provides a digital Homeowner’s Manual documenting systems, materials, finishes, maintenance schedules, and warranty information.
