Our Change Control system facilitates real-time evaluation of revisions, ensuring that homeowners remain in control of scope, budget, and outcome.

At project closeout, Otis provides a digital Home Owner’s Manual documenting building systems, products, finishes, maintenance recommendations, and warranty information.
