Recurring Maintenance Program
Our Recurring Maintenance Program provides comprehensive, year-round care tailored to the needs of your home. We evaluate your home's systems and features, develop and manage a maintenance calendar, coordinate and oversee service provider visits, and deliver an annual summary report documenting work performed and the status of each system.
Service & Repair Department
Otis's Service & Repair Department handles repairs and small projects - from installing a garbage disposal to rebuilding a deck or remodeling a bathroom - with the same craftsmanship and consideration we bring to new home construction and remodels.
