How we do it

Our Recurring Maintenance Program provides comprehensive, year-round care tailored to the needs of your home. We evaluate your home's systems and features, develop and manage a maintenance calendar, coordinate and oversee service provider visits, and deliver an annual summary report documenting work performed and the status of each system.

For homeowners new to Otis, we can also prepare a customized Homeowner Manual — similar to what we provide at project closeout for new home construction and remodels — that consolidates product information, system documentation, and maintenance recommendations in a digital resource that's always at your fingertips.

Our Service & Repair Department handles non-warranty repairs and small projects — from installing a disposal to rebuilding a deck or remodeling a bathroom — with the same craftsmanship and project management expertise we bring to new home construction and remodels.

Long offered to our construction clients, Service & Repair is now available more broadly, on a subscription basis.
